Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling.

If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the form below. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your stuffed animal back to us.

*You must provide your own shipping label to our return address. We will provide you with this information, after we receive your email stating that you will be returning an item.

*We encourage you to buy shipping insurance. If you do not provide insurance and the item is damaged through the mailing process, a refund will not be given.

*You MUST ship the item back to us at your cost with a service that provides a tracking number. Please do this to ensure that we receive your item. If we do not receive your item and you have not provided a valid tracking number, a refund will not be given.

Payment Refund

We will process your refund after verifying that we have received your item in the condition in which it was shipped. A refund will be given within 10 business days. The refund will not include the shipping costs. If an item has free shipping there will be a 15% restocking fee taken out of the full product price. We will return your funds through the same process as you sent your funds.
