Shipping Time Frames
We know you like getting your order as fast possible. So here at Tabby Plush, we try to get every order shipped in 24 business hours or less. All orders received on a normal business day before noon EST, we try to get out the same day if possible. Any orders after this time frame are typically shipped the following business day. When shipping we use Fedex the majority of the time with UPS for certain items and occasionally the United States Postal Service. We try our best to use the cheapest shipping method per order.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and weight of our items. Please provide a physical shipping address for all orders.
Shipping During Holidays, Christmas Season & Valentine's Season
During holidays and busier times of year for our business (such as Christmas time and Valentine's Day) we try our very best to get your order to you in time for that special day! However, please place your order a day or two sooner than you would normally because our warehouse is very busy during these times and it may take an extra day or two for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your understanding and will post the holiday shipping deadlines below, when a holiday is nearby.
Normal Business Days
Please note our business and warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays. During normal time our business is open from 9am - 5pm EST. So for any orders placed on a Friday before a normal weekend, the order will not be shipped out until the following Monday.
