Wolf Plush | Large Plush Wolves
Wolf Plush Animal Facts:
Plush wolves live across the American and Canadian nations, as well as the European and Asian continents. A wolf plush is categorized as the largest of the canine specimens across the globe. In appearance they resemble Husky or Alaskan Malamute domesticated canines. The wolf plush pelt vary in hue from black, gray and sometimes are totally white.
Howling is one of the unique characteristic of the plush wolves. Wolves howl to communicate with their family and seem to do more howling in full moon nights. Plush wolves are social animals and love their family. A wolf plush generally spends his life with up to ten other wolves. Every pack of plush wolves has a dominant male and female who mate with each other. In a pack, breeding is allowed only to the dominant wolves. Senior members of the wolf pack will care for the young when their mother and father wolves go out to catch some prey. The remaining grown members of the wolf plush pack are responsible for obtaining food and guarding the pups too.
Every year a female wolf conceives four to seven babies. Newborns are fragile as well as sightless up until they reach the age of ten months. Alpha plush wolves are in charge of directing their pack to food and shelter. Their territory can be up to a limit of 12 miles. Wolves have a very closely knit family and are social with all the wolves of their group. Plush wolves demonstrate deep familial bonds. Wolves are self less and a single wolf is known to lay down his life to protect his pack.
Wolves are carnivorous and subject to availability, prefer large animals like deer and moose. But they consume food frequently and as much as twenty pounds at one feeding. Thus in addition they prey on little creatures like hares, snakes, birds, reptiles, fish and rodents. In case of scarcity of food, the wolf plush will resort to nearby fallen fruits. There are also animals that will scavenge by eating some of the smaller animals around the area, and they don't always have to hunt for their own food.
