When will I receive my stuffed animal?

All stuffed animals within the USA are shipped out by UPS, Fedex or USPS and should arrive within 5 - 8 business days (unless stated otherwise in the description). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. After we have shipped out your stuffed animal(s), you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Stuffed animals being delivered outside of the USA are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, and can take up to 14 business days to receive.
